N\u00e5r en s\u00e6lger skal p\u00e5 kundebes\u00f8g kan han nemt se data for det forrige bes\u00f8g samt kollegaernes bes\u00f8g. SuperOffice danner ogs\u00e5 grundlag for konkrete bes\u00f8gs- og salgsrapporter, s\u00e5 ledelsen altid er opdateret.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>S\u00e6lgere optager ordrer direkte hos kunden<\/h2>\n<p>Det er desuden vigtigt for Henning St\u00e6hr\u00a0 A\/S, at CRM-systemet \u201dsnakker\u201d 100% sammen med ERP-systemet \u2013 og det g\u00f8r SuperOffice og Visma Business. Henning St\u00e6hr A\/S har derudover ogs\u00e5 valgt at f\u00e5 integreret salgsl\u00f8sningen NewLogic, som sikrer, at s\u00e6lgerne kan optage ordrer direkte hos kunden og kan f\u00f8lge ordren indtil den er leveret.<\/p>\n<h2>Automatisk oprettelse af kundebes\u00f8g<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>Henning St\u00e6hr A\/S har altid prioriteret at v\u00e6re\u00a0 \u201dt\u00e6t\u201d p\u00e5 kunderne, og det er vigtigt, at ingen kunder bliver glemt. Dette har de l\u00f8st med automatisk bes\u00f8gsplanl\u00e6gning i SuperOffice.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dAmestos konsulenter lyttede til vores behov og har lavet en l\u00f8sning, hvor s\u00e6lgeren efter salgsbes\u00f8get definerer hvor mange bes\u00f8g kunden skal have hvert \u00e5r. Efter et salgsbes\u00f8g opretter SuperOffice automatisk et nyt bes\u00f8g iht. til \u00e5rlig frekvens. Det sikrer, at s\u00e6lgerne altid har kundebes\u00f8g i kalenderen, samt at vi ikke g\u00e5r glip af kundebes\u00f8g.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Resultatet er, at vores kunder ikke f\u00f8ler sig overset, og vi sparer meget tid p\u00e5 planl\u00e6gningen og sikrer indtjeningen.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
