DocArc simplifies the daily routines in SuperOffice CRM by automatically archiving documents, e-mails and activities in a folder hierarchy like the one you know in Windows Explorer. The hierarchy can be determined by the user himself, or be predefined by the administrator depending on customer category or project type.
With DocArc, you can configure predefined folder hierarchies and make it easier for all your users to handle large amounts of activity and data in a uniform and efficient way. You can also automate where specific documents should be stored according to your processes and quality manuals – making it faster and easier to store and find anything in your CRM data.
DocArc is designed to simplify the handling of large amounts of activity in SuperOffice CRM. All document types (Office files, drawings, images, etc.), e-mails and activities in SuperOffice are supported.
The user experiences DocArc as a fully integrated and natural part of SuperOffice CRM, which automatically saves files and documents in the right place. The folder structure can be predefined for quotations, agreements, error messages, drawings, etc. Documents, emails or activities archived by DocArc always end up in the right folder.
The DocArc tabs are found on the Contact card, on the sales card and on the project card.

It's easy to create new folders or predefine document types for specific folders.
