PowerBi for SuperOffice is a Microsoft Power BI connector for SuperOffice CRM, which makes it possible to visualize all data stored in SuperOffice via Microsoft Power BI.

This app retrieves data from SuperOffice CRM directly into Microsoft Power BI, where it can be processed/displayed and possibly combined with data from Microsoft Excel or other data sources.

Standard report package

With the integration, you get a model for creating reports as well as a package of 6 standard reports. The report package can be used directly without adjustments, but it can also be modified as desired. With the report model tool, you can easily create entirely new customer-specific reports.

Combine data from multiple systems

There is often great value in retrieving data from other systems in the company and combining this with data from SuperOffice CRM. For example, the budget and the actual result can be retrieved from the financial system and combined with a weighted pipeline from SuperOffice CRM.

View data directly in SuperOffice

Beezy PowerBI dashboards can also be displayed directly in SuperOffice CRM, Office information screens, or wherever you want to display insights.

The home page collects figures from the various dashboards and brings them together in a common overview.

Manager overview, where you can see the total number of activities against budget (Excel file). The pipeline is also shown so you can see future invoicing.

GDPR dashboards, can help make GDPR checks on customers without any activity within 365 days.

Price

The app is sold on a monthly subscription plan over a 12-month subscription period, billed annually in advance.

Price: EUR 230/month.

The price includes a SuperOffice mirror database hosted on MS Azure, including 2 GB of data and 5 DTUs (Database Transaction Units).

If you need extra storage space or DTUs, the price will increase with an additional price, see the table below:

A DTU (database transaction unit) is a unit that expresses the combined performance of CPU, memory, reading and writing in an Azure SQL database based on typical online transaction processing (OLTP) tasks. All service levels in the DTU-based pricing model give you the flexibility to change levels without downtime.

System requirements

In addition to a valid SuperOffice license, you must have an active Power BI subscription.

To modify the default reports or share your reports with other users, you need a Power BI Pro license. Alternatively, you can use Power BI Desktop, which is free.

Technical

Power BI is an add-on product to the Microsoft Office family, making it as easy to add as Outlook and Excel, especially if you use Office 365.
